5 tips for pleasant travel by car

1. Locate the route before departure

2. Respect the two-hour rules

3. Avoid sugar

Long journeys in the car are often due to your energy, mood, and stomach, and intestines. 4. Bring warm clothes

But when the time spent in the car is important, that fatigue sets in, a feeling of cold could invade you while the temperature is pleasant in the passenger compartment. This feeling is even more important when traveling at night! In this case, push until you put on socks, closed shoes, a warm sweater and take a small blanket for the passengers. 5. To wash yourself

Not being able to wash properly is also part of the discomfort of traveling by car. Also, to refresh yourself without using the sinks at gas stations (which is annoying and even sometimes a little disgusting when you see the state of certain amenities), to allow you to feel better, provide organic cleansing make-up removing wipes, if possible. The whole family or your traveling partner can use them, whether for the face, hands, underarms ... 

For teeth, there is chewing gum in pharmacies that act as toothpaste. Admittedly, they are not a substitute for a good brushing but are always welcome to freshen your breath and clean up most of what is between your teeth. Throw it away quickly. If you really can't do without brushing, pack a travel brush with a small water bottle in your car door.

Last advice: take something to listen to music on your own so as not to disturb others, take a book with a small e-reader so as not to disturb the driver, put everything you are going to need last in your luggage so as not to have everything go back, go to the bathroom even if you don't need to go, drink water, fresh if possible, to wake up instead of drinking energy drinks.
